The Position:

We are currently seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The individual in this role would be responsible for responsible for managing the company’s social media accounts and ensuring the content shared increase the brand’s visibility and reputation. This individual would be responsible for tracking whether or not social marketing efforts have been successful and is able identifying success through various online analytical tools.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Consistently produce professionally made, fresh, interesting and creative content
• Create both  long- and short-form social media content that attract new users and engage current users
• Manage, monitor and update all social networking sites for our current and future brand
• Newsletter Campaign management
• Regularly identify new and relevant influencers to partner with to drive social growth
• Consistent engagement to sustain and grow a following
• Remain up-to-date with the social media landscape for our brands as well as our competition, and refine strategies accordingly

Requirements:

• Ability to develop, monitor and implement a corporate social media strategy
• Knowledge in mailchimp drip campaigns, KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO
• Actively involved in social media
• Great knowledge with various social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Familiarity with web design
• Outstanding organization & project management skills
• Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly compensation based on skill level and experience. Comprehensive benefits package offered to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.

Part-time and full-time positions available. Starting salary of $35,000-$45,000 annually.
