The Position:

We’re looking for a full-stack developer who can play a key role on our team, and help with the development of our CRM, software, and mobile apps. This person must have knowledge in all stages of software development.

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Design overall architecture of the web application
• Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications
• Maintain code integrity and organization
• Converting designs to visual elements
• Understanding and implementing security and data protection
• Working alongside graphic designers for web design features
• Meeting both technical and clients’ needs
• Developing and implementing APIs
• Development for both mobile and desktop

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and adapt
• Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications
• Knowledge of code versioning tools (such as Git, Mercurial or SVN)
• Strong front-end and back-end development with the listed technologies
• Bachelor’s Degree

Front-end:

• Web fundamentals like HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• CSS preprocessors like Sass or LESS
• JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, React, or Ember etc., or JS-based build tools like Grunt, Gulp, and Bower
• Front-end (CSS) frameworks like Foundation or Bootstrap
• AJAX or AXIOS
• Understanding of JavaScript Libraries for state management

Back-End:

• API design and development
• CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete)
• RESTful Services
• Server-side languages like PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, and C#
• Database technologies like MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Web server technologies like Node.js, J2EE, Apache, Nginx, ISS, etc.
• Frameworks related to their server-side language of choice like: Express.js, Ruby on Rails, CakePHP, etc.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation based on skill level and experience. Comprehensive benefits package offered to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.

Part-time and full-time positions available. Starting salary of $50,000-$60,000.
